If you want a website (for free) that you can customize I would make one with html/css and use Google’s free hosting.
I have one owing to the knot. They just re did their web designs and their pages are fantastic. They have all kinds of sections from guest info, guest books to an about us section.

Wedding Announcer is more flexible on the amount of pages you can have, the number of photos you can add, etc, but My Wedding is better for page themes
Wedding Announcer comes with a forum and checklist, budget planner etc, which you might find more useful. The forum is a fantastic help for me, because you can bat thoughts back and forth with other members.
