I started with "the Knot" but then had issues with my guests being able to view our website. I switched to the Wedding Channel.com site and was rather pleased with that one. They both have very excellent preparation aides, the know has an online RSVP, not sure about wedding channel on that.

don’t forget the oriental trading company for discounts on party favors.. napkins.. etc.

David’s Marriage does well for working on the clothes, giving you a excellent thought about what’s out there..

i like darius cordell for my dress.. he’s got outlandish to very sedate..

    the men’s warehouse..

google.. very very excellent! you can google all sorts of things, directly for the area you are going to marry in!

VistaPrint.. discounted prices on invitations.. no response cards even if.. sorry! you can make ‘free affair cards’ that will make due for those! just pay for shipping then!

remember, when looking for vendors.. don’t necessarily place in wedding.. prices can be triple that of other sites then!

don’t forget the Better Affair Bureau.. check out your vendors.. makes things very much more calming for you!

If you’re in the Seattle area, try Seattle Style - http://www.seattlestyle.com It has everything from preparation timelines and vendor directories to a often updated blog with coverage on everything about local Seattle Weddings. There is also a very strong emphasis on how to plot a ‘green wedding.’

    Check it out :)

    I loveeee brides.com.

I’m not sure about the RSVP thing, but it has so much info on it…I’m sure it could help you out in some way.
