most palces like that dont offer discounts to regular emplyees for weddings. Maybe a discount at a dress shop but a hotel wont give you a discount on food or a hall.
what a fantastic question…I dont reckon you get dscounts at hotel spaces or at caterers, whoch are doubtless the largest expenses. So, maybe a flower shop?
Tough one. Sound like you need messapy. check out messapy.com, you might get some excellent free advice there.
well your dresses will be the most expensive part of the wedding and the most importance you will have pic in them so you will never forget that so i would say a marriage boutique
My sister worked for Marriott as a Hospitality Manager. Her wedding venue was free at any Marriott resort, the guests stayed for free and her honeymoon resort was free if she chose to stay in a Marriott property. She paid for the food, musicians, etc but the venue itself (Sawgrass Marriot in Florida) was free for her and her guests. That was an awesome deal!
I have another friend who works at David’s Marriage and gets huge discounts on dresses but that’s only excellent if you’re in a wedding.
Another friend worked at a florist for awhile and she paid wholesale for any flowers she bought, which would also be a excellent deal.
I don’t know about anything else like catering or stationary.
Excellent luck!
The most perks would certainly be at the hotel/banquet hall. You could get a cheaper venue. No matter where you go you negotiate the price you pay per person, so if you work there, I’m sure they give you the best services for your money.
Getting a job somewhere just to save some money on a wedding might not be a excellent thought. Reckon long term. If you don’t have much money, then down size the wedding or wait and save some up.
Well, the largest expenses are usually catering and photography. Get a job there and that can cut down A LOT of your cost.
For instance, my aunt had a catering affair that I worked in while I was a teenager. She catered my wedding for cost of food only.
A friend from high school went on to become a professional photographer and she gave me a fantastic deal on the photos.
michaeals craft store lol fantastic has everything you need!
