for the food im not sure how much it cost but for your rehearsal dinner you should certainly look into taking a cruise down the boardwalk downtown…. i saw it while i was down there and by far the coolest thing!! very nice food and the whole time you are on a gondola and stuff…. how cool is that???
I’m not from your area and you don’t seem to be getting any answers so I will do my best.
Invitations- is there an invitation shop around there? Because they specialize in invites, they know what they are doing and they’ll have samples of work they’ve done. I wouldn’t go with an online store or someplace that just has a book of invitations and you order from there because they won’t really do the printing. It’ll be sent off.
Dress- Most marriage stores will have dresses under $1500. I reckon $1500 is plenty of money to find a gorgeous dress. Just find a marriage store and let them know what your budget is up front (I would even go a few hundred less because I am sure they will bring out dresses that are within a few hundred less then your price) so they don’t pull out the $5000 gowns and then you get your heart broken because you can’t afford it.
Caterer- $3000 is a excellent catering budget to work with but it all depends on what kind of food or reception you want. Check out local resturants and hotels. Hotels can give you fantastic referrals of they don’t do in house catering.
Linens- same thing as caterers. Question for referrals from hotels. They do events all the time!
