    There are some fantastic step-by-step guides to wedding preparation at bookstores. Recently I was at Barnes and Noble and saw many. Try a bookstore. And I’ve never looked for a wedding planner, so I can’t tell you how much it would cost, I can only assume it will depends on where you live and what kind of services you need the wedding planner to do.

    It’s different for everyone, but the basics are the same… and I’m sure there are "checklists" to be found in many places.

    Choose your guest list, pick a location for ceremony/reception and a date, a dress, photography, music, food, and other details that are vital to you… ;-)
