since there are only 10-15 people, you would be okay to wait until September, just send out save-the-dates now so that family can request off from work. you don’t have to be specific, just give a date and let them know it will be in Hawaii. sorry…I’m only getting married 4 hrs. away from home and I’m still going crazy with trying to plot it :O)
