Hi and congratulations!
Here is a link with everything you need to know from the National Park Service site.
http://www.nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/weddings.htm
NOTE: Click on the gold writing that says "wedding application" and "wedding location list." It goes aptly to a link.
Also, here is a company that does weddings in Yosemite:

Excellent luck!
first you have to contact the park to see if you need a permit, then you would go look at the spot you want the ceremony to take place. you would have to find out what they allow and don’t allow in the park.
The park is a perfect place to get married because of the beauty.
Best wish
Contact the park authorities and find out what services they have available for weddings. They might have a specific area that is always used because of the beauty, maybe a covered area for you to have a reception.
Also, from a newlywed, buy a wedding planner book. Go to a book store and they have these wedding books that you write in when you choose things, plus helpful hints and thoughts. Like, location would be one part. It really helped me plot my own outdoor wedding to perfection and me and my husband couldn’t have been more pleased.
