If they are using a wedding "coordinator", you might want to get things worked out with them. Some coordinators get pissy if a touch happens, that they dont approve of, even when it comes to locations to be shot from. You dont want anything to be chose on the day of the wedding, so there will be no surprises. Aptly now, your cousins day is far enough off, there shouldnt be any meltdowns in discussions aptly now. IF you wait til the run thru the night before, it could get hideous.

Aside from that, make sure you have enough lighting, or do low level lighting photos between now and then.

Weddings are the one thing I chose to never do. Excellent luck.

Go to church and pray. Then film the sermon. When you get it aptly in church, take note what works and what doesnt. And praying couldnt hurt.

Challenge yourself and choose a church with horrible lighting.

When taking formals with bride + maids, question them to top their flowers towards you. It will feel weird to them having the stems against their dresses but in the camera's view you'll see the arrangement much better, and when flowers cost as much as they do, they should be seen!

So many more things to suggest, you just have to learn from experience….and hope it doesn't rain.

Excellent Luck! Have fun with it.
I wouldn't reckon they'd "hire" you not knowing what to expect so just do your best.

Still photography or video? If video, I can't give many technical tips, except for use a tripod for the ceremony. Don't zoom and cut too much. Question the guests to say a word or two about the couple. Get the groom and bride to say a special message for the other before the ceremony.

If still photography then I have more tips. Give more information and I will post an addition to this answer later.
