It’s Wedding Tips Galore

I am getting married nxt month. I need to find a good one asap

What type of equipment do you use and such? Do you use a steadycam? I am not looking for a wedding videographer. I am just interested in the subject.

Would anyone recomend that i go to the same person for both or have a seperate video guy and seperate company for photograher?
I forgot to mention the wedding is in westchester/putnam county in new york!

We got married in July 2009, the wedding contract stated that our complete video package would be ready in 3-4 months and it has now been 7 months. Communication with our videographer has been very bad and he has not responded for 2 months sometimes.

I’m wondering if it’s necessary to have both a photographer and videographer at my wedding? Do I really need a photographer if I have a professional filming the entire day? If you had to choose between a photographer or videographer what would you go with and why?

I am a wedding videographer, and I’m pretty sure that video would be one of the first things to go on a tight wedding budget. What are some other things that you are going to go without? I’d love to hear from those ON a budget still wanting video. Thanks!
