ceremony where ever, first (sometimes theres a large amount of time between the ceremony and reception… ceremony at 1pm reception at 6pm time for guests to relax a bit and wear a touch more comfortable, this normally happens when you plot to have the reception be a long party like to midnight…and this is habitual in some families)
then the reception again, anywhere that has the room for the amount of guests you have attending.
Reception= gifts, dinner, dancing, bouquet toss, garter toss, one BIG party,
You should doubtless get a guest list and date in mind then get a location for your ceremony and reception and go from there, details are after this…

Depending on what tradition you are following for your ceremony there would be different things that you might want to look into…..I am Hispanic so the list may or may not be different
Look for the Dress…..
Bridesmaids and all the people you might want to include in your party.
The Date of the wedding, whether you want it the summer, winter, at home, outdoors, etc…
Colors that you want,
Ceremony items that are given to you (Hispanic Weddings do this),
bible, lazo, the coins, rings.
Reception: bouquet, place where you want it, photographer, videographer, music, food, dance….how many guest do you want to have? CAKE…
Invitations: do you want a particular theme, color.
