    You should start on this now.

    Breakfast - fruit only nothing else

    Lunch - Salad, no cheese or croutons or meat. Just lettuce/spinach and veggies with vinagarette dressing.

    Dinner - Anything as long as there is no cheese or meat.

    Example: Mixed berry bowl for breakfast (can be bought at your local grocery store. Lunch is a spinach salad with candied walnuts, mandrine oranges and a seasame dressing. Dinner - Pasta marinara… YUM!

    After 2 weeks you will look and feel fantastic. And the excellent news is that it is really healthy for you and no animals are harmed. Now that is a excellent way to start off your new life!

    Get lots and lots of sleep, stress makes us retain weight, and preparation a wedding is stressful. Try not to feel too overwhelmed. Drink lots of water, it washes away toxins and allows our bodies to lose weight more efficiently. Take a brisk walk every daylight to boost your metabolism and make sure to eat breakfast!

    One of the simplest ways to do this would be to cut out bread. Everything else can stay, essentially, but I would eat a lot of fruit based fiber, and avoid bread. Stay hydrated, it keeps you from being hungry all the time.
    That will help to drop a small bit of weight, but make sure you're eatingenough otherwise. If you don't, it will throw your metabolism out of whack and reverse the work you're doing.

    You could try the sacred heart diet - quest it. Orrr you could just do a fruit, veg and soup diet for a week and you could lose around 10lbs.
