Your reception "theme" should reflect your ceremony site.
Reckon woods . . rustic . . babbling brook . . natural plants . . natural flowers . . weather worn picnic tables . . campfires . .
boiling marshmallows . . smooth talk shirts . . s’mores . . hot dogs . . baked beans . . campfire beef stew with biscuits . .
apple crisp . . blueberry pie . . peach cobbler . . wooden benches . . people fried chicken . . wild flowers . . lemonade . . rootbeer . . sunflowers in watering cans . . and gingham check tablecloths and napkins. You can wrap the silverware in red bandana handkerchiefs.
Music can be incorporated by using a battery operated CD player or Ipod.
Advice . . your guests should be told what your plans are in a newsletter or on your wedding website page so they know how to dress properly. And you should also place "Campfire attire" or a touch to that affect on your wedding invitation.

Play music you like. I reckon of people music when I reckon of mountains but if you don’t like people then don’t play it.
The food is the best part. You should do this ‘down home’ deal. Find someone that has a barbeque pit and have them place like 20-30 chickens on a spit (maybe a pork roll and/or rib roll). This is cool for when your guest show up because all they smell is chicken cooking (yum). The chicken will be so tender from the spit, it’ll be simple to cut and arrange for a buffet. Include sides like salads, parsley potatoes, any veggie. All in all, anything barbeque will be clean. You can make barbeque foods fancy too. Just be creative!
Congrats!
