Make sure you have room for the people that never RSVPed and still show.
Wear your wedding shoes for a day to make sure you are comfortable in them. Or bring a pare of slippers to wear that no one can see under your gown.
Remember to bring tums, asprin/Tynol, immodium to the reception. you never know if you might need them.
Bring extra everything. Nylon, undies, A bra, Girl stuff. Better to be safe then sorry.
After being married for 3 years I realized we spent way to much money. We dont look at the photos, no one really remembers so dont spend to much money.
During the reception you will be very busy. Remember to eat enough at the reception. My wife and I finished up ordering Pizza about 1 am because we were so hungry agfterwards from trying to be gracious hosts.
Have fews drinks and close with sex party!
If you can make it owing to the stress of preparation it, then you can doubtless make it owing to anything.
prepay everything, get receipts, get everything in writing, confirm hotel, flight, and any other reservations in advance, delegate as much as you can to your maid/matron of honor, carry travelers checks with you on your honeymoon, have a back up minister, have a schedule that you attempt to go by in the wedding, and most of all….

If you are going to hire a professional photographer, make sure your prints will be a size for which you can buy frames. No use getting 200 prints and then learn that they don’t make frames in that size.
After preparation a wedding and reception, I have learned this would’ve been simpler if I married into money! Weddings are ridiculously expensive!
1. Wear comfortable shoes or slippers at the reception, you are constantly walking and greeting people
2. Take the time to eat your food…..we had a waiter come and find us as each course was brought out so we could eat. After we ate our plate, we got back up and mingled with the guests again.
3. Delight in yourself….the day goes by so quick, it’s hard to remember it all!
…that know matter how much you plot and get every small detail aptly, there is nothing you can do to prevent minor mishaps and that it isn’t going to ruin your wedding day.
That just buying the things you like does not always mean they coordinate well.
Have some extra space for people who RSVP they are not attending, but show up anyway. It’s a huge inconvenience, but it happens. Keep centerpieces low so people can see each other. Definetely, definetely have an open bar. Write out extremely detailed instructions for the staff at your location, so they can be held to it if needed. Excellent luck!
